Madhura Datar, a celebrated Marathi playback singer, has graced films, shows like “Saregama,” and Diwali Pahat events. Through her program “Swarmadhura” and collaborations with composers like Ajay-Atul, she champions Marathi folk music.

No. The session will be available on the Happy Thoughts App/YouTube/Facebook, so you can meditate at any time at your convenience

The Meditation sessions will be pre-recorded

The meditations will be in Hindi

The extent of transformation depends on your level of commitment. Regular practice, as guided in the sessions, promises a positive impact. The magnitude of transformation also relies on your intent, understanding, and consistent efforts
